What To Expect
Small groups or private journeys only
Community tables, home kitchens, farms, markets, and selected restaurants
Meals prepared as they are eaten locally — sometimes spicy, sometimes with bones, often eaten by hand
A short prayer before meals, as part of daily life
Walking, waiting, and moving at local pace
