Mission

To unite pioneers in the food sector—including chefs, farmers, vendors, tappers, baristas, and village gardeners—in Komunitas Perintis Pariwisata Gastronomy to develop Minahasan gastronomy, build strong partnerships, create vibrant communities, and promote Tomohon and North Sulawesi as premier gastronomy hubs through engaging initiatives and experiences that make the food world turn.

Networking: Monthly meetups, mentorship programs, online forums; internal skill-sharing sessions for recipes, tapping, barista skills, or gardening.

Education: Workshops on cooking, food safety, marketing, palm wine tapping, coffee brewing, and village gardening; farm tours; internal training on gastronomy trends and leadership.

Sustainability: Campaigns for eco-practices (e.g., sustainable tapping, organic gardening), advocacy for UNESCO Creative City status; internal audits of sustainable methods.

Promotion: Community website with gastronomy map, social media challenges (#TomohonEats); internal branding workshops to align businesses with “Make the Food World Turn.”
